We've made our Admissions process straightforward


Our admissions process is straightforward and follows a number of steps:

  1.  We’ll carry out an initial assessment to see whether we can offer the service you are looking for. This also allows you to ask any questions that you might have.
  2.  A more detailed assessment comes next. This will involve you, your family and any other significant people involved in your care (e.g. your social worker).
  3. We’ll invite you and your family to visit one of our services and meet the people you’ll be living with.
  4. At Clearwater we’re committed to getting the service users to do as much as they can for themselves. We sit down with service users as well as their social workers and relatives to discuss successes and challenges. The people we support will have a named key worker who is responsible for ensuring that the service user makes progress towards achieving their agreed goals.
