We use best practice across our services. We welcome input from local authorities and the CQC. We report all notifiable incidences to the relevant authorities. We review trend levels and look for underlying causes. Internally, the management structure learns from its mistakes and continually improves Clearwater Care services. We operate in the best interests of our service users, actively using independent advocacy services if we believe a conflict of interest may arise on the life choices of our service users. We make sure that we’re not the financial appointee for our service users because we feel this role is best discharged by local authorities or competent third parties. We recommend the services of Essex Guardians as a default position.
